All art pieces are created with meticulous attention and care by Rena, considering client's requests and preferences. Orders are made by phone call, email, online or in-person meeting.

 

If it's a Custom Order, Rena will discuss all details with the client related to the order, budget, time frame and delivery. Once a verbal and a written agreement has been made, Rena will then collect a non-refundable deposit and begin working on the custom order.

If it's a Pre-made Art Piece, already available in the Store, Rena will collect a full payment prior to shipping, or collect a full payment upon in-person delivery or pick up.
