Depending on the complexity of the order, it can take anywhere between four days to a month to complete your custom order.

Depending on the size and fragility of the order, art pieces can be either delivered directly to a client, picked up from an arranged location in Toronto, or shipped for an assigned fee.

Rena takes responsibility for any damage occurred during delivery. If any damage is spotted, Rena will accept the art piece back to fix the damage and then set up a new delivery time.
